The Future Of Public Education

The Institute has been conducting an in depth study of public school education in America. The data we have compiled includes personal field research from the early eighties in which the only physical contact young boys had with female teachers was the occasional sharp rap on the knuckles from a ruler happy homely home-ec instructor.
