Friday Vespers At The Institute

Have a beer on the Institute.

It is Friday, so kick back and have a beer with us. I have discovered a section of the Al-Jazeera website that chronicles conspiracy theories, that is worth some examination. I don't understand why other responsible news websites don't have sections on conspiracy theories.

Republican Party flexed its muscles in run up to 2004 elections

Congressman John Conyers, a Democrat representing Michigan, is determined to get to the truth regarding the Ohio mess. Conyers chaired the hearings over the Republican-led efforts in the swing state of Ohio to keep people from registering, stop voters from voting and basically mess around with the vote totals for John Kerry. This 'vote suppression' effort carried out by the Republicans in the months leading up to the election seems to have galvanised Conyers who has vowed to challenge Ohio's state delegation to the Electoral College.

The prevailing belief is that efforts were made to suppress the Democratic vote in states such as Florida, Nevada, New Mexico and Ohio. Whether or not the Republican Party had a major say in the final outcome of last years U.S. presidential race will forever remain hearsay and innuendo unless an official inquiry and investigation is made. Otherwise the so-called saviour of democracy will forever carry a question mark regarding the legitimacy of its present and future presidential elections.

Secret biological and chemical testing documents locked up in Bush's drawer

Just how much is known about the secret chemical and biological testing done by the U.S. government in Alaska? Not much if top secrecy continues to be the operative word concerning the issue.

Claimed supporters poisoned Arafat

......He added that something weird happened to Arafat about a year ago on September 25, 2003."The president shook hands with around 30 people, who had come to express solidarity with him in his confinement. They were a mixture of Palestinians, foreigners and Israelis before leaving to vomit".

He should have known better than to shake hands with Joooooooooooooooooos.

Where did Iraq’s oil money go?

After the U.S. invaded Iraq in 20 March 2003, the United States took full control of the Iraqi government’s bank accounts, including the oil sales revenue, with the approval of the United Nations.

......"It was time for payment," he remembers. "We told them to come in and bring in a bag. It reminded me of the Wild West."

The FBI accused of spying on peaceful activists

The ACLU discovered documents showing FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force is spying on people who just have a role in environmental, political and animal-rights issues.

Israel’s concern about Iran’s nukes is more political than military

Why are the Israeli leaders trying to exaggerate the threat of Iran’s nuclear activities?

No, it's not because they don't want to be blown up by Iran or the terrorist who might get their hands on the weapons. It is actually quite complicated and those Joooooooooooooooos are really clever.

Israeli hands in Fallujah?

Despite the U.S. efforts to conceal Israel’s role in Fallujah offensive, analysts are becoming increasingly convinced of that role.

Once again it is very complicated and you know who is duping the US in a very clever way.

U.S. uses Israel as its proxy to threaten the ME- True?

This involves joooooooooooooooooos and neo-cons, so you know it is clever and complicated.

Darfur.. the Stairway to the White House?!

What are the ulterior motives behind the U.S. sudden interest in Darfur crisis?!

This doesn't involve Israel, so it isn't so clever, but it is of course complicated.
